Is there a flat Room and Board daily charge?
We do provide a flat Room and Board daily charge. This flat rate must be established prior to work being conducted and is subject to change based on location (example: Manitoba $175/day, Ft. Mac $375/day)
What qualifies a person to be paid at the Specialty Terminal Auditor Rate?
FLLL team individuals that are charged out at the Specialty Terminal Auditor Rate have over 20 years professional experience and are experts in their field.
Is there a wholesale discount for conducting mulitple audits for one company?
If there is a way we can reduce your cost by sharing travel expenses with another audit or by conducting multiple site audits within the same trip, we will be glad to do that. However, site audit rates are a fixed hourly amount and cannot be reduced. Discount rates can only be applied to travel expenses as applicable.
What score must a facility achieve to pass an audit?
FLLL is a facility auditing service. The customer that requests the audit establishes the required scoring parameters for their specific terminal. Generally an audit score of 80% is industry standard.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
48 hours notice is required in the event an audit or service is changed or cancelled. Flights/Lodging/Car Rentals/etc. and change/cancellation fees will be payable by customer requesting the change/cancellation of the audit/service.
